You can either use:
* The web-based registration system (recommended). Payment by credit card via secure payment system.
* An offline registration form in PDF format. No payment by credit card if this registration mode is chosen.

Author(s) registration

Please fill in the Transfer of Copyright Agreement form (Word or PDF format) and send it to the IWFHR 10 Secretariat by fax only (+33 2 99 84 71 71) before June 15.

Each paper must have a registered author in order to be included in the proceedings.

The deadline for author registration is July 15 . Papers that do not have an associated registered author by July 15 will not be included in the proceedings.

The conference fees include admission to the sessions, conference proceedings (paper and CD), welcome cocktail three lunches (October 24, 25 and 26), coffee breaks, regional dinner on October 24, banquet on October 25 and excursion to the vineyard in the region of Nantes.

Cancellation

Only written cancellation will be taken into account. At least one author per paper should remain registered.

Please note that 150€ as cancellation/administrative charge will be retained for cancellation before October 1st. No refund after this date.
