Accommodation in La Baule

The Atlantia Conference Center has already booked hotel rooms with negotiated prices.

The registration form includes the hotel accommodation choices. Registered attendees will receive confirmation
by email or fax giving the name and location of the hotel and prices.
Hotels are within walking distance to the IWFHR'10 conference (10 min walk).
Some flats have been booked for students in a Residence which is located quite far - a free transfer bus will be provided.
Average price per room, per night includes one breakfast (VAT taxes included but not local taxes). A deposit (included a 7,50 € administrative fee) is required to book an accommodation.

Conditions

The requests will be satisfied in the order of their arrival and according to availability of reservations proposed.
Atlantia will confirm the room reservation to each participant and will indicate the hotel of your choice.

The hotel should be reserved before September 23. After that date we cannot guarantee the accomodation, and the rooms will be provided based on the availability.

You can extend your stay at the negotiated "congress" rate agreed by the hotel.

All bookings can only be validated by the payment of a deposit either by a cheque joined to the Reservation Form, or by giving a card number (with expiration date and security code).

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation only by letter or by fax (ATLANTIA - BP 230 - 44505 La Baule Cedex - France or Fax 02 40 24 10 93).
Deposit will be returned for any written cancellation received at the latest 30 days before the date of arrival.
No refund after this date.
Please note that the 7,50 € administrative fees will be retained.
