The scientific program of CBMI'03 will include the presentation of invited plenary talks and contributed research papers. Selected papers from CBMI'99 and CBMI'01 were published in a special issue of Multimedia Tools and Applications (14(2), 2001) and of IEEE Multimedia (9(2), 2002). Selected papers will again appear (after extension and peer-review) in a special issue of Multimedia Tools and Applications.
