Dialog boxes

A set of builtin functions are provided to open dialog boxes. The naming protocol is to prefix each function by Dialog:

  $\vartriangleright$ Warning: In the current version, only one window can be open simultaneously. The execution stops until the window is close. There is an exception ; the windows created by Dialog:Util:ErrorMessage and Dialog:Util:ErrorMessage are not managed by TSF but by FORESYS. On the other hand, it is not possible to get a return value from those windows.
