Short Biography

Now I have moved to the University of Cambridge. You can find me at the Data Centric Systems and Networking Group working with Eiko Yoneki.

I’m currently a postdoc at ASAP team in INRIA Rennes. Previously I had the pleasure of working at the Computer Architecture group (ARCOS) at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid where I obtained my PhD under the supervision of Jesús Carretero and Florin Isaila. My research is focused on how to extract relevant information from existing data in order to take decisions that help to improve current systems (scalability, locality, recommendation…). This involves aspects such as dealing with big data, cloud computing, architecture scalability, data mining and social computing among others.
