TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Oral presentations

A slot of 20 minutes will be allotted to each oral presentation, including discussion. Overhead and video projectors, 35 mm slide projectors, and most common videotape formats such as VHS and DV will be provided. A PC with Powerpoint, ps and pdf viewers will be proposed.

Authors are encouraged to use these facilities to demonstrate their results. Presentations should be uploaded to the PC of the conference prior to the session.

Poster presentations

Posters will be exposed on boards (size 90cm x120cm, portrait). Stitches will be provided in order to fix posters on board. Posters should be installed prior to session. Each presenters are asked to stand by their poster during all the poster session.
